Acceptable use policy

These rules protect firms, their clients, third parties and CortexLex availability.
01

Access and security

Do not access accounts, firms, systems or data without authorization; insecurely share credentials; evade MFA, permissions, limits or controls; or test systems without written authorization.

02

Content and conduct

Do not upload malware, unlawful content, rights-infringing material, improperly obtained data, impersonation, harassment or deceptive communications.

03

Resource use

Do not degrade service, automate abusive requests, scan vulnerabilities, scrape data at scale or resell access outside the agreement.

04

Professional practice

Do not bypass professional review, automatically file documents, fabricate evidence, conceal obligations or delegate final legal decisions to automation.

05

Integrations

If an external integration is enabled in the future, users may connect only accounts and data they are authorized to use, subject to that provider’s terms.

06

Investigation and response

CortexLex may investigate, limit functions, remove content or suspend access proportionally to risk, with notice and cure when feasible.

07

Reporting

Report abuse or vulnerabilities responsibly to [email protected] without accessing third-party data or disrupting service.
