How it works

Set it up once. Use it always.

The first four steps happen once per model. The fifth is the everyday one, and it takes two clicks.

    Upload the document

    A contract, a power of attorney, a letter. Word without macros, keeping the formatting it already has.

    Mark what changes

    CortexLex proposes the gaps it found. You say whether the system already knows the value or you would rather be asked.

    Test it with a real matter

    You see the result on screen before activating anything. Long names and empty fields appear exactly as they will come out.

    Activate it

    It becomes available to the whole firm. If you change it later, a new version is stored and what was already issued stays untouched.

    Create it from the matter

    Open the matter, pick the model and answer only what is missing. The rest is filled from data already on record.

Each gap is connected to information the firm already holds, or becomes a question. Nothing is invented.

What it can do

Without pretending it drafts for you: the judgment stays yours, and the draft always passes through your eyes.

Your own models

No generic templates from another country. The firm publishes the documents it already uses, with its formatting, its language and its clauses.

Recognises the gaps

Underscores, [brackets], {braces}, XXXX and highlighted text. It also suggests values that look variable, such as amounts and dates, without touching them until you confirm.

Asks for what is missing

Data not held in the system becomes a questionnaire with its type: amount, date, yes/no, options. It is validated before anything is generated.

Conditional paragraphs

A clause that only sometimes applies, such as a guarantor, is included or removed depending on your answer when creating the document.

Verifiable versions

Each document records which model, version, values and person produced it. Changing the model does not alter what was already issued.

Human review required

The result waits for your approval. Nothing is filed to the matter, submitted to an authority or signed automatically.
